SURF, SAND & FUN IN THE SUN!
Buderim Village overlooks the entire Sunshine Coast from Buderim Mountain. Buderim has the best of both worlds – the lush rainforest, incredible views & cool sea breezes & yet the coast is so close that when you want to go for a swim in the ocean, Mooloolaba Beach, Alexandra Headland, or Maroochydore Beach are all less than 10 minutes drive from Buderim!
Below is a guide to Sunshine Coast beaches, north of Buderim to Noosa & south to Caloundra. The best way to enjoy our beaches safely is to always swim in patrolled areas & when unsure about swimming conditions, ask a lifesaver or lifeguard. This is especially important for our international visitors, not familiar with our beaches. Play it safe — ALWAYS SWIM BETWEEN THE FLAGS
